We are located in Swan Valley North of the River. We believe that exceptional home care starts with experienced healthcare professionals. Our team of Registered Nurses are trained to administer medication and provide wound care, specialised clinical care and support with other various and complex medical needs.
Short Term Respite
A highly personalised care that is tailored to the needs of each individual. Our team provides short term care giving a break to the care givers or supporting families going through difficult times
Planned Respite
The Vines Swan Cottages team will work with families and care givers to create a memorable experience when you stay with us. The break and change of scenery will be combined with daily activities around the Swan Valley for the duration of stay.
Respite Care
STA isn’t just about the accommodation; it also involves the support you receive while staying with us. Respite care allows both you and your carer to have a break or a change of scenery.
Community Participation
